Have you scheduled your mammogram appointment?

Screening mammograms (no signs or symptoms of breast disease) can be scheduled without an order. We will, however, need to know the name of your primary care physician to send the report to. If you are having signs or symptoms of breast disease and need a diagnostic, or problem-solving mammogram, an order from your health care provider will be required prior to scheduling. You or your physician may contact us by phone to schedule your exam or you may contact us by email using the form below and one of our friendly scheduling staff will contact you within 1-2 days to schedule your exam.
